Although functional, their website wasn’t optimised for conversions. Paid Search had always been unviable due to high costs, and while SEO was generating results, it needed a push to scale with the company’s growth.

Harris & Partners needed their website to go beyond being just a shop window—it had to become a real sales engine. We took over in January 2021, overhauling the website strategy to focus on vast amounts of local, high-intent searches.
After a full rebuild and website migration, we started targeting this low-hanging fruit, which went hand-in-hand with Harris and Partners’ vast expansion across provinces in Canada. We rolled out over 50 area pages and quickly dominated the SERPS.
As the company grew, so did our SEO strategy. We rebuilt the entire site again, targeting high-volume, high-competition national search terms. Today, SEO is their most profitable channel, delivering a 22x ROI.
Paid Search had long been an ineffective channel for Harris & Partners due to high costs. But after maxing out other channels like YouTube, SEO, and Meta, we recommended giving PPC another shot. We built a high-converting landing page, focusing on commercial search terms. With our ROI tracking system, we were able to follow leads through to sale and optimise the budget accordingly.
By fine-tuning the campaign and reducing their cost per lead, we made PPC their second most efficient channel (behind SEO). Over a year, we slashed their cost per file by 63%, turning Paid Search from a money drain into a profitable channel.
After running the Harris & Partners website for 3 years, we wanted to go even higher and saw an opportunity to improve their homepage—the most visited page on their site.
Our design and content teams created two homepage variants and tested them to see which delivered better results. The winning variant significantly improved conversions, adding an estimated $180,000 annual profit for the client.
