Iāve worked in marketing for 7 years ā 3 years being SEO. My interest in marketing came a year after finishing my BSc in Sports Development & Conditioning, where I quickly realised that I needed to market myself to begin a career. As I self-educated more in design, I completed my MSc in Digital Marketing. From there, Iāve now worked across many varying in-house niches including, but not limited to, finance and jewellery on a broad digital marketing scale.
Iāve taken the leap from the SEO team to becoming a Client Success Manager for our oversees clients, using my experience in reporting & automation, and knowledge of Paid Media and SEO, to work closely with our clients on their journey to seeing monumental ROI.
My role has provided me with valuable insights into how businesses operate and thrive. I have successfully implemented strategies that increased organic traffic and conversion rates, showcasing my ability to drive tangible results. The game doesnāt stop here though, Iām forever looking to expand my skill set, and always looking to grow and be challenged.
I like to stay busy outside of work with anything and everything. Typically, I spend my time hiking around the Lakes or in Wales, cheffing up some new recipes, working on myself (tracking food is a serious, serious pain), or just trying as many new things as I can.

Coming in with next to no SEO experience, my biggest highlight at OYS is definitely the growth and progression both personally and as a business. Itās also amazing learning new skills, methodologies and processes to help tune how my brain thinks.
The last podcast I listened to was āOther Peopleās Livesā. Fantastic listen. Get on it.
The hungover horse & carriage ride in Poland, followed by consuming soup with a whole hardboiled egg in it, and then cooking a sausage on a fire pit.
Going for a walk. Headphones in, a different, non-typical genre of music playing, phone on āDo Not Disturbā. 1 hour 30 mins – nothing beats it.
Not one specific person, but any member of the Bob Does Sports team on a shoot day.
