About Me

Co-Founder of a financial services business that claimed back over £100m+ in compensation generating £20m+ in revenue.

Founder of an Energy Brokerage that did in excess of £5m+ in sales.

My role at Own Your Space. Professional plate spinner.

The role is essentially split into two parts, working for the team to allow them to do what they do best. Removing barriers, solving problems, holding the team to account and motivating them in the best way I can. The other part is working on the growth and strategy of the business, which is a never ending game of solving problems and puzzles I get to try and figure out. Work is a huge privilege and is a passion.

Badminton, Chess, DJ, read, serial festival attender.

What's your favorite way to unwind after a busy day?

More work. Usually a busy day looks like meetings and pitches, it’s nice to catch up on day to day tasks, clear my inbox and clear my mind. It also allows me to reflect on the day.

What’s a memorable moment you’ve had with the team?

Overseas conference in Majorca – taking 40+ people abroad as a reward for hard work and great results was a dream come true for me. Creating an environment of reward for hard work and results is what I set out to do when starting the agency. 10/10 day.
